How much does it cost?
Photos start at $0.20 per image with roughly 90-minute delivery, $0.24 for about 30 minutes, or $0.25 for about 2 minutes. 4K adds $0.02 and 8K adds $0.45. Retouches add $0.02 each; face blur and room clean-up are $0.05 each. Videos are $0.20 per second to Full HD or $0.44 per second to 4K, minimum $0.50. Orders under $2 add a $1 processing fee, waived with the $2 top-up.
What exactly do I get back?
Photos come back as JPG, upscaled with AI to your chosen long edge — 2048px minimum for HD, 3840px for 4K, 7680px for 8K — with the original aspect ratio preserved. Videos come back as MP4 (H.264, AAC audio kept) in Full HD or 4K. If a file can't be processed, that charge is refunded to your balance automatically.
Do I need an account?
No. Drop your files, leave an email, and you'll get a download link. An optional passwordless account (6-digit email code) keeps your balance and your last 7 days of files.
What happens to my files?
Your download link expires after 7 days. We keep no copies — our providers purge source and output files within 7 days.
Is there a watermark on the result?
No. Nothing you download carries a watermark, a logo or a crop. You get the full image at the resolution you paid for.
Is there a subscription or a minimum?
No subscription, no monthly plan and no credit packs that expire. You pay for the images you actually process. The only minimum is the $1 processing fee on orders under $2, which a $2 top-up waives.
Can I upscale just one photo?
Yes. One photo is a valid order — that is the point of pricing per image. A single 4K image costs $0.22 plus the $1 processing fee, or you can add $2 of balance instead and keep the change for next time.
